Future of Bio metric / Finger Print Machine

Last few days a lot of customer has sent us inquiries looking for contact less based attendance as no one wants to use current finger print machine in office / Club. One alternate solution to this is using of UHF RFID cards. Issue with this alternate is 1. Expensive 2. Proxy entry Covid19 was a big learning for every one including us. During this time as most of my team members were working from home so we have to figure out a solution for attendance. What we did? As you knows Smartphones are simply ubiquitous – an essential part of modern life to stay connected and document the world around us.

We have developed a mobile app which allows my team to mark attendance from home. We can map a location to a user so that he can not mark his attendance from any where. Now as Delhi government has allowed to work from office for few staffs so we have discarded regular bio metric attendance machine. once they reach office they are able to mark attendance. Please share your thoughts or alternate solutions you have in mind in comment section. Those clubs where member attendance was happening by bio-metric scanners prior to COVID19 we have proposed to give this feature through members mobile app means when a member reaches at club gate he can press IN button through his App which gets activate only at club gate.
