Guest Entry Process

Touch based machine has been kept at front desk of reception or at guard room and each member who will visit at club will touch his card to card reader attached to reception. In case a member forgets to carry his card, front desk executive will issue a temporary card at a nominal fee of Rs _____.

At the time of final billing Member will refund the card. Please note till the time member has been issued a temporary card his original card will not work to make sure he must have returned the card. In special scenarios front desk executive can make the entry of a member with out using card.

There will be two scenarios.

1. Member has come without Guest : In this case system will note down IN TIME of member. No SMS will be sent to member

2. Member has come with Guest :

(A) Member has arrived, but his guest will come later

Member will touch his card at the system and his entry will be marked. Later, when his guest will have arrived member himself or executive at reception will make the entry and system will print two receipts. When member is ready for departure then front desk executive will get signed from member on entry receipt. An SMS with the following text will be send to member.

We welcome your 2 (Dynamic) guests today at Your Club Name.

(B) Member has arrived with guest and rest of guest will come later
Member will touch his card at the system and his entry will be marked along with the number of guests enter by member.

Later, when his guest will have arrived member himself or executive at reception will make the entry and system will print two receipts. When member is ready for departure then front desk executive will get signed from member on entry receipt. An SMS with the following text will be send to member.

No of guests increased by 2 (Dynamic)

Member has arrived with guest

Member will touch his card at the system and his entry will be marked along with the number of guests enter by member.

Few Advantages of using guest entry module

1. With proper guest entry it has been noticed there is 20% increase in weekly revenue of club.
2. Leakages such as no guest entry, no bill, paying cash to waiters etc. has been controlled.
